About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Automation & Test Control Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying custom data acquisition, instrument control, and automated test applications using LabVIEW.

Key Responsibilities
- Application Development: Design and develop clean, modular virtual instruments (VIs) and scalable application software architectures using LabVIEW.
- Hardware Integration: Interface LabVIEW software with various sensors, data acquisition hardware (DAQ), actuators, PLCs, and third-party industrial instruments.
- Testing & Automation: Build automated testing systems, test benches, and verification setups to streamline product quality assurance.
- UI/UX Design: Create intuitive, user-friendly front panels and graphical user interfaces (GUIs) for operators and technical teams.
- Debugging & Calibration: Troubleshoot software glitches, diagnose hardware communication failures, and calibrate measurement setups for peak performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ year of hands-on industrial or project experience designing and debugging applications in LabVIEW.
- Education: Open to B.Tech, B.E, MCA, BCA, or diploma holders in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
- Core Technical Skills: Proficient with LabVIEW fundamentals (state machines, design patterns, event-driven programming, file I/O).
- Communication Protocols: Good understanding of standard communication protocols such as RS-232/485, GPIB, TCP/IP, Modbus, USB, or CAN bus.
- Preferred (Bonus): Certified LabVIEW Associate Developer (CLAD) or Certified LabVIEW Developer (CLD) credential, or basic knowledge of MATLAB/Python integration.
